No. No matter how much damage is done to an unwounded limb, it never bleeds over to the Torso from a single hit. However, if you are hit again in a limb that is already wounded, you then take a torso wound. Do combat taglines need to be called before the player attacks a target? Yes. If you make contact before the tagline is completed, it does not count and you still spend the Prowess or Feat.
If I take a wound to the arm in excess of my Resilience, do I take a torso wound?
